PLEASE READ THESE DOCUMENTS CAREFULLY AS THEY PROVIDE INFORMATION ABOUT WHAT IS INVOLVED IN ASSESSMENTS VIA THIS SERVICE.

As at June 2025 there is currently a wait time of approximately 4-6 weeks for assessments. The waitlist for therapy services is currently closed.

We do have a waitlist for cancellations in the case of more urgent assessments, so please feel free to contact Nicola at psychassessments@outlook.com to discuss your situation.

Please read the information document for detailed information about the assessment process and what is included in these full packaged costs. Additional fees may apply in some (rare) cases and would be discussed upon booking. Fees as at 01 July, 2025 are as follows:

* Comprehensive Autism Assessment (Clinical Psychologist) - from $1,550.00

* Comprehensive ADHD Assessment by Clinical Psychologist (ages 6-16:11) 

   - from $1,100.00

* Combined Autism & ADHD Assessment (Ages 6-16:11) - from $2,300.00

* Intellectual Disability Assessment (ages 6-16) - from $1,350.00

* Cognitive (IQ) Assessment (WISC-V or UNIT-2 with comprehensive report) 

   - from $1,050.00

* Brief assessment feedback session (30 minutes) - $90.00 (with assessment services above only)

* Consultation Service (one-off parent session incl. screening assessment questionnaires & emailed summary) - from $350.00 (no Medicare rebate)

* Clinical Psychology (50 mins) - $245.00 (or part thereof)

* NDIS Supports/Services (per NDIS Price Guide) - hourly rate of $244.22 (as at 01/07/24)
